Florida Race Day is an experienced, full-service race timing and race management company based in Ponte Vedra Beach. For more than a decade, we’ve handled chip timing, online registration, course setup, finish line equipment, live results and race photos. We organize and time more than 100 races a year across Florida and the Eastern United States, from 1-mile fun runs to ultramarathons, plus triathlons, cross country meets and cycling events. When you book Florida Race Day, you work directly with the owner. We don’t subcontract your event to another timing company.
Florida Race Day is a family-owned business based in Florida. We have helped race directors and charity races put on their events for more than a decade.
We race too. Our team members are active athletes, and we want every participant treated like an elite athlete at the finish line, whether they are racing for a podium or walking a 1-mile fun run.
We give race directors one team for timing and race-day support. Depending on your event, we can:
Chip time your race with state-of-the-art Race Result technology and redundant systems, or use manual timing for smaller events.
Build your online registration website and run day-of registration.
Help set up your course and promote your race.
Supply bibs, a finish line structure, race clocks, signs, a PA system and award podiums.
Post live results and, at many events, text finishers their time and placement.
Provide free, downloadable finish line photos.

We don't subcontract events, so the person who quotes your race is the person responsible for it on race day.
We chip time with redundant systems, so a single equipment problem doesn't decide your results.
We know most races are held to benefit a charity, so we prefer building relationships with race directors and charities that last year after year. Florida Race Day helps events raise over $700,000 per year.
We use disposable bib chips and run solar generators at every event where we can.
Our system takes a free, downloadable photo of each finisher.
In your first year with us, we provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd place award ribbons at no cost.

If you’re running, riding or swimming in a Florida Race Day event, you can expect:
A timing chip on your race bib records your time as you cross the start and finish.
Results post online during the race. At many events, you also get a text with your time and placement when you finish.
Finish line photos are free to download.
Find your time on the Race Results page.
Sponsors can have their logos printed on custom race bibs.
