Florida Race Day times running races from 1-mile fun runs to ultramarathons, plus triathlons, duathlons, kids triathlons, high school and college cross country, and cycling events from century rides to time trials. In 2026 we timed races such as the Mister Softee 5K and 10K in Jacksonville, the Big Red Chair Triathlon and 5K in Saint Cloud, and the Murabella Kids Triathlon in St. Augustine.
All of the events we time, from 5ks to triathlons and more.
5K and 10K road races make up most of our calendar. Many of the races we time hold several distances on the same morning, such as a 5K, a 10K and a 1-mile fun run.
Recent 5K and 10K races we timed include the Mister Softee 5K and 10K in Jacksonville, the Frozen Banana 5K and 10K in Ponte Vedra, and the Fit Street Market Summer Sunset 5K and 10K in Jacksonville Beach. The full list is under recent races we’ve timed, below.
We time high school and college cross country. Recent meets include the Atlantic Shark XC in October 2026, the North Florida Middle School XC Championships in Jacksonville in October 2025, and the Volusia Flagler High School XC meet in Palm Coast in October 2025.
A triathlon combines swimming, cycling and running in one race. A duathlon combines running and cycling.
We time adult and kids triathlons and duathlons. For example, we timed the Big Red Chair Sprint Triathlon and 5K in Saint Cloud on September 6, 2026. That race was presented by the City of St. Cloud and Orlando Health, and combined a 200-yard pool swim, a 4-mile bike ride and a 5K run for ages 8 and up.
We time kids triathlons, kids swim run races and 1-mile fun runs.

St. Augustine (August 2, 2026, and August 3, 2025)

St. Johns (August 23, 2026), open to kids ages 5 to 14

St. Augustine (May 3, 2026)
In 2026, the Florida Youth Triathlon Foundation partnered with Florida Race Day to offer 20 free entries (10 per race) to first-time participants in the Murabella Kids Triathlon and the First Coast Kids Swim Run Race.
Florida Race Day also times longer runs and other timed endurance events:

Gun time runs from the official start signal to when you cross the finish. Chip time runs from when you cross the start line to when you cross the finish, so it doesn’t count the time you spent waiting to reach the start. Each race’s rules decide which time is used for awards.
